I aim to meet every client where they are, regardless of their circumstances. I work with people who struggle with substance use, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, or anything else that may be getting in the way of their life.
My approach is to help you understand and identify what is causing difficulty in your life, while drawing out the motivation that already lies within you to make the changes you want to make.
